Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is a Spanish Flamenco and pop artist from Spain. Involved in the margins of both traditional and popular music since she was a teenager, she delves into other genres like hip-hop, soul and trap. Pepe Habichuela is a flamenco guitarist of great talent, described her voice by saying it was sweet and had an old-fashioned sound. El Mal Querer is her new album it was released in 2018 and had a huge commercial and critical reception. Following Los Angeles, her debut album from 2017, she received a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also the Grammy. In 2021, her single La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami the third album by her was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry, James Blake and other performers. It came out on the 20th March in 2022 after the show of Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish soloist to perform on the show on Saturday Night Live. Motomami the album by Rosalia that earned her three Latin Grammy Awards also made her the first female to win the Latin Album of the Year be awarded twice.
